Red-Gate has some pretty good software for sql development.
First is there Data Generation app. It looks at your database and can generate data for every table. It can perform lookups so you can have foreign keys setup correctly. Build data based on the type of field it is (name, random words selected from a supplied list).
Second is the SQL comparison tool. When I was bringing all the parkAdmins to the same codebase, this was very handy to compare the databases (fields being added to different spots of the tables etc).
